IMPORTANT UPDATE – CANADA POST DISTRUPTION

Due to the ongoing labour disruption, we are temporarily unable to ship orders via Canada Post. At checkout, you will still find alternative carrier options available, including UPS, Purolator, and others.

If you typically use a P.O. Box for your delivery address, please update it to a physical street address, as P.O. Box delivery is exclusive to Canada Post and is not available during strike periods.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

Orders placed before 12 pm ET are typically shipped the same day, except during holidays and sale periods.

We are currently experiencing higher-than-normal order volumes. As a result, lead times for processing and shipping orders may be temporarily extended.

Some products may have longer lead times and these will be stated on their product pages before checkout. If one of your items shows a longer lead time, your entire order will ship within this timeframe.

Parcels are shipped using Canada Post (except during labour disruptions), UPS, or Purolator, depending on the shipping address. Delivery times will vary. On rare occasions, some parcels may be shipped using Canpar.

Rural routes with no street address are shipped using Canada Post only.

All parcels shipped from our facility are insured against loss and damage.

Tracking information for your order will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING all orders over $89 *.

CONDITIONS

Applies to the subtotal of purchased items before taxes and shipping charges, after discounts.

Applies to orders shipped to Canadian addresses only.

Orders eligible for free shipping are shipped using the least expensive, standard shipping method. Customers may pay to upgrade to another method.

Does NOT apply to Air Stage addresses or some remote/rural locations. For orders going to these addresses, Royal Distributing subsidizes a portion of the shipping charges.

Does NOT apply to oversized or heavy items that incur extra shipping charges by couriers. For orders containing these items, Royal subsidizes a portion of the shipping charges. Some examples of oversized items are ATV storage boxes, bicycles, windshields, plow kits, wheel kits, snowmobile skid plates, tracks, watersport inflatables, water skis, tire chains, trailer mats, trailers, water mats, ATV/UTV bumpers, track kits, mooring whips, UTV roofs, cargo tubs, ramps, tires, and UTV door kits. This is not a complete list.

Skidded items such as ATV tracks can only be shipped by truck, and shipping fees will be charged as per the carrier.

STORE PICKUP

Store pickup is available at all retail locations. Within 2-5 business days, you will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Visit the store location you selected during store hours and proceed to the customer service desk. Provide your order number and ID and pickup your order!
