Every time you make a purchase - whether online, in-store, or by phone, you earn points based on the subtotal of your purchase.*

• $1 spent = 1 reward point earned

Reward Point Exchange Rate

The minimum number of reward points that can be redeemed is 250, after which any number of points can be redeemed. Points are redeemed according to the following exchange rate:

• 250 reward points = $7.50
• 300 reward points = $9.00
• 400 reward points = $12.00
• 500 reward points = $15.00

Redeeming Reward Points

If you have accumulated enough reward points to redeem, you can use your reward points online at checkout as a payment method.

You can also redeem points on purchases made in-store and by phone if you have reached the threshold for redemption.

Redeemable reward points can be used in conjunction with other payment methods such as credit cards, gift cards, and more.

• How do I join Royal Rewards?

  All customers wishing to join the Royal Rewards loyalty program must provide a valid email address. Points earned are tied to the email address used to make your purchase.

  Customers who make an online purchase are automatically enrolled in Royal Rewards. Customers purchasing in-store or by phone who are not already enrolled are invited to join the program by the cashier or customer service rep at the time of purchase.

• How do I earn points?

  By making purchases online, in-store, or by phone using the email address you joined the program with.

  $1 spent = 1 reward point earned*

  Taxes and shipping are not included, and points are earned after any applicable discounts are applied.

  There is no minimum spend for earning points.

• Are sale products included?

  Yes. Sale, closeout, and red tag products are included unless otherwise stated. Earning and redeeming points may be excluded from certain promotions as indicated.

• Are there any exclusions?

  Purchased gift cards are excluded, along with any other product at Royal Distributing’s sole discretion.

  Points are not earned on shipping costs or taxes.

• How do I check my point balance?

  You can check your point balance by logging in to your account on royaldistributing.com or by contacting our customer service team at 1-800-265-2970 or contact@royaldistributing.com.

• How do I redeem points?

  You can redeem points on purchases made online, in-store, or by phone once you reach the redemption threshold of 250 reward points.

  Redeemable reward points can be used in conjunction with other payment methods such as credit cards, gift cards, and more.

• Is there a redemption minimum?

  You can redeem a minimum of 250 reward points. After meeting this redemption threshold, any number of reward points can be redeemed.

• Do my points expire?

  Points expire on a rolling 12-month basis of no activity on your account. Activity includes either earning points by making purchases or redeeming points.

• How do returns work?

  Points originally earned on purchases that are returned for refund will be deducted from your account.

  If you return a purchase paid for with reward points, your reward points will be refunded back to your account.
