Royal Distributing stores are temporarily closed for in-store shopping but remain open for curbside pickup
Attention in-store shoppers. Government authorities have mandated that non-essential businesses across Ontario must temporarily close to help stop the spread of Covid-19. Accordingly, our Guelph, Innisfil, Sudbury and Whitby locations are closed for in-store shopping but remain open for contactless curbside pickup as well as drive-up orders and curbside returns.

Orders for store pickup can be placed online or by phone with the option of choosing contactless curbside pickup at one of our four stores at checkout. Orders placed for curbside pickup are available at the selected store location within 1 business day. In addition, we're also offering the option of contactless merchandise returns at all stores.

Due to higher than normal demand during COVID-19, some products may be temporarily sold out on our website. We are working to restock items as quickly as possible. Please call our Customer Service department for an estimated restock date, or sign-up for automatic notifications on our website.
Shipping and Tracking
Orders placed before 12 pm EST are typically shipped the same day. (Exceptions during sale periods).
Parcels are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator, depending on the shipping address. Delivery times will vary.
Rural routes with no street address are shipped by Canada Post only.
COD orders are only shipped by Canada Post or UPS.
All parcels shipped from our facility are insured against loss and damage.
Tracking information for your order will be emailed to you once your order has shipped (where applicable).

Applies to the subtotal of purchased items before tax and shipping.
Applies to orders shipped to Canadian addresses only.
Does NOT apply to COD orders; regular shipping charges will apply.
Orders eligible for free shipping are shipped using the standard shipping method; i.e., the least expensive method. Customers may pay to upgrade to another method.
Does NOT apply to Air Stage addresses and some remote/rural locations. For orders going to these addresses, Royal Distributing subsidizes a portion of the shipping charges.
Does NOT apply to oversized or heavy items which incur extra shipping charges by couriers. For orders containing these items, Royal also subsidizes a portion of the shipping charges. Some examples are ATV storage boxes, windshields, plow kits, wheel kits, plow kits, snowmobile skid plates, ramps, tires, and UTV door kits.
Skidded items can only be shipped by truck, and shipping fees will be charged per the carrier. Some examples are ATV track kits and snowblowers.
Our EASY return policy is 30 days from the date of purchase (mail order customers; items must be received within the 30-day period).
If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, simply return the part to us in new, unused, uninstalled condition.
A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns.
Returned items must be in unused, resaleable condition and in their original packaging; i.e., not installed. Any markings from installation will not be accepted.
All returns are subject to approval.
The following items are non-returnable: electrical components, performance parts, tools, manuals, special order items and red tag, closeout and clearance items.
MAIL ORDER CUSTOMERS; before returning any product, please call 1-800-265-2970 for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Please have your invoice information on hand.
Returns must be shipped pre-paid. Returns shipped COD will NOT be accepted. All unclaimed or refused COD parcels will be subject to a service charge equal to twice the shipping charge to cover shipping costs both ways.
Items must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase.
FREE SHIPPING & RETURNS; if an order qualifies for "free shipping" and is being returned, a chargeback will be incurred for what the shipping cost would have been and will be deducted from the return amount. If only part of the order is being returned, and the item(s) would have affected the initial shipping cost this will incur a nominal chargeback. If the item(s) would have had no effect on the initial shipping cost, it will incur no chargeback.
Handling fees from the initial order are non-refundable. Replacement items are NOT covered by free shipping policy unless they qualify for free shipping over $39.
Most parts are warrantied against manufacturing defects for 90 days from the date of original purchase. A one-year warranty applies to most tracks and clothing. All warranty is subject to the manufacturer's approval. Items may need to be returned to the manufacturer for approval, and refunds are issued after the manufacturer issues a credit.
Royal Distributing is not responsible for any downtime incurred during shipping or the manufacturer's approval process. Any part which is deemed to show evidence of being used or installed contrary to the manufacturer's instructions, or subject to improper handling, packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration.
Warranty does not extend to replacement items (warranty applies from the original date of purchase). Warranty does not extend to labouror installation charges. Royal Distributing does not cover any shipping costs related to warranty items; these are the responsibility of the consumer. Drive Belt warranty claims are to be sent directly to the manufacturer.
There is NO warranty on electrical components, tires, tracks drilled for studs, racing tracks, or performance parts. Stated claims on performance parts are as stated from the manufacturer. Royal Distributing does not test all products or substantiate all claims.
